"NO REFUNDS"
As a real estate agent, I'm always hunting for safety gear. Wearsafe had a deal for a year subscription at a $10 discount through my company, so I went ahead and bought it for $50. Just two weeks after I activated my tag, I started getting alerts that the battery was running low. I reached out to Wearsafe, and they claimed this wasn’t normal, sending me a replacement. A week later, the new one arrived, but it conked out just a day after I turned it on. After going through a bunch of troubleshooting steps they suggested, they set me up with yet another replacement. Fast forward two months, and that one also died, so I threw in the towel and requested a refund. Wearsafe told me they were about to roll out a software update in a couple of weeks and asked me to hang tight, believing it would resolve my problems. Three months later, with no update in sight, I asked to cancel my subscription and once more requested a refund. Wearsafe turned me down but offered me another tag instead! Can you believe that?

"Terrible customer support I've encountered in ages."
This gadget and the service were messed up right from the get-go. It sent out alerts at random times, which really stressed out the parents. The support team is just awful! I was informed that I couldn't end my subscription unless I sent the device back, but I was away for a year and couldn't get to it. Later, I discovered that I could have cancelled my subscription after six months without needing to return the device. To top it off, when I finally did cancel, I realized I was being billed twice a month for the same gadget. Customer support couldn't care less.

Awesome gadget!! I really appreciate the peace of mind it gives me when I wear it, knowing I can contact someone in an emergency with just a button press. I recommend getting extra batteries since they run out pretty quick, and don’t forget to secure the keychain or belt clip to the wearsafe. I lost one before because the clip came off the device.

"Customer Service Left Me Feeling Unvalued"
I really got the sense that the customer service team doesn’t care much about either the customers or the product itself. I shot off an email expressing my frustration with the item since the battery runs out fast, and I’m always having to re-pair the device. I also mentioned that I was going to cancel my subscription for now. The response I got was just a thank you for the update and a suggestion to head over to iTunes to cancel. It felt like they were saying, 'don’t let the door hit you on the way out.'
I bought the device from my local running store, and I plan to inform them that I wouldn’t suggest anyone waste their time or cash on WearSafe.

"Looking for reassurance during your jogs?"
Ever thought about feeling safe while you’re out running? Your loved ones definitely do. Wearsafe provides just that. As a dedicated marathon runner, I frequently hit the pavement in the early morning or when it’s dark outside. Having my Wearsafe tag gives me a whole lot of comfort.

"Awesome concept, but the attachment needs work"
Awesome concept, but the product's attachment is not up to par. It came apart after just a few months of regular pet sitting. Thankfully, it broke at my place. But what if you’re in a real emergency and get taken down by a big dog or something worse? It's way too delicate for those kinds of scenarios.

"Been using this tag for more than a year and it's awesome."
I've been using this tag for over a year now. At first, I experienced a couple of false alerts, but the support team was super helpful in getting the alert settings just right to avoid those issues. Fast forward about nine months, and the tag stopped functioning. Once again, the support crew was fantastic in figuring out that the tag was defective, and they promptly sent me a replacement. Big shoutout to the support team! You guys rock!

"Absolutely Amazing Product!"
I’m absolutely thrilled with my wearsafe! It’s hard to believe how the little tag and app can be so crucial and do SO much! I can’t help but tell everyone about it because it gives me such peace of mind when I’m out alone or even with my friends! Plus, I feel like I can finally hit the trails in my local park. I used to avoid them and stick to the roads for safety, but that’s all changed now. I’ve also had a great experience with the wearsafe customer service; they are top-notch! They responded to me even when they weren’t supposed to be open. They really took care of my issue quickly!

"Awesome WearSafe Badge!"
I think the WearSafe badge is fantastic! Now, I just shell out $5 monthly instead of the $30 I used to pay. The alerts go straight to my neighbors without going through a central system, which cuts out the middleman.

This past week, I experienced some top-notch customer service from the folks at Wearsafe. I accidentally broke the tag clip on my daughter's device. They were super kind and promptly sent out a replacement set of attachments for her.

"Top-notch support from the team"
The support from the team is top-notch. They respond quickly to questions. The only hiccup we faced was making sure we used the right email when we first bought the app. I got this app for my dad and needed to reconnect the subscription to his phone and email. Might've been my fault for not reading the details properly. I'm really pleased with how the app works and all the features it offers. Absolutely fantastic!!
